Pet Water Fountain with Adjustable Stand
Follow this guide to safely assemble, set up, clean, and maintain your DeftPet pet water fountain and adjustable stand.
Important Safety Instructions
- For indoor use only.
- Do not add hot water. Recommended water temperature: 0–40°C / 32–104°F.
- If the LED indicator turns red, add water until the light turns blue.
- Only stainless steel parts are dishwasher-safe.
- Do not clean stainless steel parts at temperatures above 60°C / 140°F.
- Place the product on a flat, stable surface.
- Before installing the fountain on the stand, make sure the stand is fully assembled and stable.
- When adjusting the stand height, press the adjustment buttons on both sides of the stand legs at the same time.
- Make sure both sides are adjusted to the same height.
- Select a drinking height appropriate for your pet. A raised drinking position is not necessarily suitable for every large or giant breed.

Assemble the Adjustable Stand
1. Install the Front Support Panel
Take two stand legs and the front support panel.
Align both ends of the panel with the slots on the stand legs and press downward until securely installed.
2. Install the Rear Support Panel
Connect the remaining two stand legs to the rear support panel.
Align the slots and press downward until secure.
3. Install the Side Support Panels
Align the two side support panels with the mounting positions on each side of the stand.
Press them inward until securely connected.
4. Install the Side Decorative Covers
Install the two decorative trim pieces on the corresponding sides of the stand.
Press firmly until you hear a click.
5. Check the Stand
- All panels are firmly connected.
- All four stand legs are installed correctly.
- Decorative covers are secure.
- The stand does not wobble.
6. Adjust height
- Low 12.1"
- Medium 13.5"
- High 14.8"
7. Place water fountain

Clean the Pump Weekly
1. Remove the filter
2. Take out the sponge
3. Remove the pump cover
4. Lift the inner cover
5. Clean the electric pump head
6. After cleaning, reinstall

5. Soaking the filter in Water for 3-5 minutes
4. Open the box
3. Insert the filter cartridge
4. Snap the box shut
Cleaning & Maintenance
For regular care:
- Clean the fountain and pump once a week.
- Remove pet hair, food residue, and mineral deposits.
- Replace the filter every 1–2 weeks.
- Homes with multiple pets or heavier use may require more frequent filter replacement.
- Only stainless steel components are dishwasher-safe.
Dishwasher temperature must not exceed 60°C / 140°F.
Removing the Lid
Before removing the lid:
- Detach the faucet.
- Tilt the lid slightly.
- Lift it upward to remove it.
