Its spacious stainless steel drinking area provides comfortable access for multiple pets, while multi-layer filtration helps capture hair and everyday debris. A visible water-level window and color alert light make it easy to know when the fountain needs a refill.
The included waterproof silicone mat helps catch splashes and drips and can also be used as a feeding mat or litter-area mat. Three replacement filters and a cleaning brush are included for easier ongoing maintenance.

Setup & Placement
Follow the included User Guide to assemble the water pump, filtration components, and stainless steel faucet.
Place the fountain on a flat, stable surface. Use the included silicone mat underneath to help catch splashes and drips.
Daily Use
Fill the fountain with clean water according to the User Guide before connecting the power adapter.
Check the LED water-level indicator regularly and refill when needed. Keep sufficient water in the fountain to support proper pump operation.
Cleaning & Maintenance
Disconnect the power before cleaning.
Clean the stainless steel drinking tray, water pump, and filtration components regularly according to the User Guide.
Inspect the pump and replace filters as recommended to help maintain proper water circulation.
