Setup & Placement
Follow the included User Guide to assemble the water pump, filtration components, and water outlet.
Place the fountain on a flat, stable surface. Position the included waterproof silicone mat underneath to help catch splashes and drips.
Install the removable transparent splash guard around the drinking area and secure it using the side clips. Make sure the guard is properly attached before use.
Daily Use
Fill the fountain with clean water according to the User Guide before connecting the power adapter.
Check the LED water-level indicator regularly. Blue indicates a normal water level, while red indicates that it is time to refill.
Keep sufficient water in the fountain to support proper pump operation.
Splash Guard Cleaning & Maintenance
Turn off and unplug the fountain before cleaning.
Release the two side clips and carefully lift off the transparent splash guard.
Rinse the splash guard with clean water and remove any accumulated residue.
After cleaning, reinstall the splash guard and secure both side clips.
Two sets of side clips are included: one set for installation and one spare set for replacement if needed.
Filter & Pump Maintenance
Soak a new replacement filter in clean water for 3–5 minutes and rinse briefly before installation.
Replace the main water filter approximately every 1–3 weeks, depending on water conditions and the number of pets.
Inspect and clean the water pump regularly to remove accumulated pet hair and debris. Follow the User Guide for detailed maintenance instructions.
Important Notes
The transparent splash guard is designed to help reduce splashing but does not make the fountain completely splash-proof.
Do not force the splash guard or side clips into place during installation or removal.
This model includes a removable splash guard but does not include an adjustable elevated stand.
