Filter Case Installation & Replacement
Turn off and unplug your DeftPet water fountain before removing or replacing the filter case.
Remove the existing filter case according to your fountain's User Guide. Clean the surrounding filter compartment to remove accumulated hair and debris.
Position the replacement filter case correctly and ensure it fits securely into the designated compartment. Do not force the case into place if the shape or connection points do not match.
Install a compatible replacement filter separately, following your fountain's User Guide, before restarting the fountain.
Cleaning & Maintenance
Inspect the filter case regularly for accumulated pet hair, debris, or visible damage.
Remove the case when necessary and rinse it with clean water. Gently clean accessible surfaces using a soft cloth or brush.
Check that the case and its connection points remain intact and securely positioned during routine maintenance.
Replace the filter case if it becomes cracked, damaged, or unable to hold the filter securely.
Important Notes
This product includes one replacement filter case only. Filter cartridges, pre-filter sponges, pumps, and water fountains are sold separately.
Before ordering, confirm that the replacement case matches your existing fountain's filter compartment and installation design.
