Keep your compatible DeftPet water fountain running smoothly with the DeftPet Replacement Water Pump.

Designed for continuous pet-fountain circulation, this compact USB-powered pump features a removable pre-filter sponge that helps catch hair and larger debris before they reach the pump intake. The detachable cover makes routine cleaning simple, while suction-cup feet help keep the pump securely positioned inside the fountain reservoir.

Whether you are replacing a worn pump or keeping a spare on hand, this replacement pump helps restore reliable water circulation without replacing your entire fountain.

Why Choose the DeftPet Replacement Pump?

Ultra-Quiet Water Circulation
Designed for low-noise operation to help maintain a calm indoor environment while continuously circulating water.

Pre-Filter Sponge Protection
The removable sponge helps capture pet hair and larger debris before they enter the pump, helping keep the intake cleaner.

USB-Powered Connection
USB connectivity makes the pump easy to integrate with compatible DeftPet fountain power systems.

Easy to Remove & Clean
The front cover and internal pump components can be opened for routine cleaning and maintenance.

Stable Suction-Cup Base
Built-in suction cups help secure the pump inside the water reservoir and reduce unwanted movement.

Compact Replacement Design
Approximate pump dimensions: 2.4 × 1.6 × 2.0 in.
Pre-filter sponge: approximately 1.3 × 1.0 × 0.4 in.

Maintenance Recommendation

For consistent water flow, we recommend inspecting and cleaning the pump once a week. More frequent cleaning may be needed in multi-pet households or environments with heavier pet hair, debris, or mineral buildup.

Before ordering, confirm that your DeftPet fountain uses the same pump connection and replacement-pump configuration shown on this page.

Pump Installation & Replacement

Turn off and unplug your DeftPet water fountain before removing or replacing the pump.

Remove the existing pump and inspect the pump compartment for accumulated pet hair or debris.

Install the replacement pump according to your fountain's User Guide. Ensure the suction cups are securely attached and the pre-filter sponge is correctly positioned.

Refill the fountain to the recommended water level before reconnecting the power supply.

Cleaning & Maintenance

For normal household use, inspect and clean the pump once a week. Clean more frequently in multi-pet households or when hair, debris, or mineral buildup affects water circulation.

Disconnect the power before cleaning. Remove the front cover and accessible pump components according to the User Guide.

Rinse the removable components with clean water and gently remove accumulated debris using a soft cleaning brush. Keep the USB connector dry.

Reassemble the pump securely before placing it back into the fountain.

Important Notes

Never operate the pump without sufficient water.
