Before First Use

Soak a new filter in clean water for 3–5 minutes, then rinse briefly before installation. For normal use, replace approximately every 1–3 weeks and inspect more frequently in multi-pet homes.

Filter Installation & Replacement

Turn off and unplug the water fountain before replacing the filter.

Remove the used filter and pre-filter sponge. Clean the filter holder and surrounding components before installing the replacements.

Prepare the new filter according to your fountain's User Guide. Ensure the filter and sponge are correctly positioned before restarting the pump.

Cleaning & Maintenance

Inspect the filter and pre-filter sponge regularly for accumulated pet hair and debris.

Clean the fountain and water pump according to the User Guide to help maintain proper water circulation.

Replace filtration components as needed based on water conditions, the number of pets, and daily use.

Important Notes

Use only replacement components that fit your fountain's filter compartment. Do not force a filter into place if its shape or dimensions do not match.
